Summary: | The present invention relates to a device to generate a Lamb wave using a plate-shaped waveguide. According to the present invention, the device is characterized by comprising: an ultrasound transducer which generates an ultrasound; a wedge on which the generated ultrasound is incident as a symmetrical mode Lamb wave; and a waveguide which includes a front and a rear surface, each of which includes asymmetrically-formed slits respectively, wherein the waveguide converts the symmetrical mode Lamb wave to an anti-symmetrical mode Lamb wave and propagates the anti-symmetrical mode Lamb wave. According to the present invention, it is possible to generate a zero-order anti-symmetrical mode Lamb wave at high efficiency in a waveguide sensor device which has a simple structure and uses a solid wedge.
본 발명은 판형 웨이브가이드(waveguide)를 이용하여 판파(Lamb wave)를 생성하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 초음파를 발생시키는 초음파 트랜스듀서(transducer)와, 상기 발생된 초음파를 대칭 모드 판파(lamb wave)로 입사시키는 웨지(wedge) 및 비대칭적으로 형성되는 슬릿(slit)을 각각 포함하는 전면 및 후면을 구비하여, 대칭 모드 판파가 반대칭 모드 판파로 변환되어 전파되도록 하는 웨이브가이드(waveguide)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
