Summary: | Provided are a recombinant cell in which overexpression of a mitochondrial pyruvate carrier (MPC) gene is induced; a composition used to produce a target polypeptide, which includes the recombinant cell and/or a recombinant vector including an MPC gene; and a production method of a target polypeptide using the recombinant cell.
