Summary:According to an embodiment of the present invention, a display device comprises: a substrate; a black matrix located on one side of the substrate; a common electrode and a pixel electrode located on the thin film transistor and configured to overlap each other with an insulation layer therebetween; a roof layer formed to be separated from the pixel electrode and the common electrode with a micro space therebetween, configured to include a support member, and to have an injection hole which exposes a portion of the micro space; a liquid crystal layer configured to fill the micro space; and a cover film formed on the roof layer to cover the injection hole so as to seal the micro space. Therefore, the present invention reduces the weight and the thickness of the display device, and manufacturing cost and time. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 표시 장치는 기판, 상기 기판의 일측에 위치하는 블랙 매트릭스, 상기 기판의 타측에 위치하는 박막 트랜지스터, 상기 박막 트랜지스터 위에 위치하며, 절연층을 사이에 두고 중첩하는 공통 전극과 화소 전극, 상기 화소 전극 및 공통 전극과 미세 공간을 사이에 두고 이격되게 형성되며 지지 부재를 포함하고, 미세 공간의 일부를 노출하는 주입구를 갖는 지붕층, 상기 미세 공간을 채우고 있는 액정층, 상기 주입구를 덮도록 상기 지붕층 위에 형성되어 상기 미세 공간을 밀봉하는 덮개막을 포함한다.
