Summary:The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of polyisocyanate. The manufacturing method of polyisocyanate conducts a reaction of an aliphatic diisocyanate monomer with a catalyst solution prepared by dissolving an ammonium salt catalyst having a benzyl group and a hydroxyl group in a tertiary alcohol, and obtains pure polyisocyanate by purifying the resultant product. The present invention also relates to a catalyst system and a manufacturing method of polyisocyanate, wherein the catalyst system uses tertiary alcohol to enhance reactivity while suppressing generation of byproducts. 본 발명은 벤질기와 수산화기를 갖는 암모늄 염 촉매를 3차 알코올에 용해시킨 촉매용액과 지방족 디이소시아네이트 단량체를 반응시킨 후, 정제하여 순수한 폴리이소시아네이트를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법이다. 본 발명은 부산물의 발생을 억제하고 반응성을 높일 수 있도록 3차 알코올을 사용하는 촉매 시스템과 폴리이소시아네이트 제조방법이다.
