The present invention relates to a thermoelectric chip and an electric device having the same. The thermoelectric chip includes a heating element; a thermoelectric element which stores energy by using the heat of the heating element or cools the heating element; an embedded battery which stores energy generated by the thermoelectric element or supplies the stored energy to the thermoelectric element; a transducer which matches the voltage of the thermoelectric element to the voltage of the embedded battery; and a cover which surrounds the heating element, the thermoelectric element, the battery, and the transducer. The heating element, the thermoelectric element, the embedded battery, and the transducer are modularized by the cover.
