Summary: | One embodiment of the present invention relates to an apparatus to simulate an impact on refractories, an apparatus to measure the impact on refractories, and an estimating method for the impact on refractories. The apparatus comprises: a condition setting unit which sets a collision condition of an indenter and refractories; an impact displacement calculating unit which calculates an impact displacement of refractories based on the set conditions; and an impact estimating unit which estimates an impact characteristic of refractories based on the calculated impact displacement. As such, impacts on an indenter and refractories is able to quantitatively be estimated.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 내화물 충격 모사 장치, 내화물 충격 측정 장치 및 내화물 충격 평가 방법에 관한 것으로서, 압입자와 내화물(refractories)의 충돌 조건을 설정하는 조건 설정부; 설정된 조건에 기초하여 내화물의 충격변위를 계산하는 충격변위 계산부; 및 계산된 충격변위를 기초로 내화물의 충격 특성을 평가하는 충격 평가부; 를 포함함으로써, 압입자와 내화물의 충격을 정량적으로 평가할 수 있다. |
