Summary:The present invention relates to an apparatus to produce a pipe with a thickness variation and a method to produce the same to produce the pipe without a joint and a welding process. More specifically, a drawing apparatus of the pipe without the joint to skip the welding process is provided to adjust a thickness variation by allowing movement of a mandrel (09) in a forward and a backward direction, and drawing by molds having desired diameters by arranging multi-layer drawing molds to allow movement of the upper molds (01, 03, 05, 07) and simultaneously moving the lower molds (02, 04, 06, 08) to control both the thickness and diameter. As such, the apparatus is able to freely adjust the diameter and the thickness of the pipe using the drawing molds and the mandrel, and is capable of simultaneously forming the pipe having various diameters and thicknesses without changing the drawing mold. 본 발명은 단면의 변화를 갖는 용접공정이 생략 가능한 이음매 없는 관의 제조장치 및 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 맨드렐(09)을 전, 후로 이송 가능하게 하여 두께의 변화를 조절하고, 다단의 인발 금형을 배열하고 상금형(01, 03, 05, 07)을 이송 가능하게 하는 동시에 하금형(02, 04, 06, 08)을 이송 가능하게 하여 원하는 직경의 금형으로 하여 인발함으로써 직경과 두께를 동시에 제어할 수 있는 용접공정이 생략 가능한 이음매 없는 관의 인발장치이다.
