The present invention relates to a variable intake manifold. According to the present invention, the variable intake manifold comprises: first intakes and second intakes formed in an intake manifold, enabling an air supply to one cylinder among cylinders of a vehicle engine; a rotary rod installed inside the intake manifold, having one end connected to a driving motor, and rotated by the driving motor; and gate valves installed in an outer circumference of the rotary rod, selectively opening and closing the second intakes using the driving motor. The gate valve includes: an opening and closing unit opening and closing the second intake; penetration units formed on both sides of the opening and closing unit, including a through-hole through which a fixing rod is penetrated; and a burr receiving unit formed on an outer circumference, receiving a burr generated on the outer circumference of the penetration unit when manufacturing the gate valve. According to the present invention, the burr receiving unit is formed in a contact part of the gate valve opening and closing one of the two intakes of the intake manifold and the intake manifold; thereby preventing an effect of the burr when manufacturing the opening and closing unit. 본 발명은 가변 흡기 매니폴드에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 가변 흡기 매니폴드는, 흡기 매니폴드에 형성되며, 차량 엔진의 실린더 중 어느 하나의 실린더로 공기가 공급되도록 하는 제1흡입구 및 제2흡입구와, 상기 흡기 매니폴드의 내부에 설치되되, 일측은 구동모터에 연결되어 상기 구동모터에 의해 회전되는 회전봉과, 상기 회전봉의 외주면에 설치되되, 상기 구동모터에 의해 상기 제2흡입구를 선택적으로 개폐하는 게이트 밸브가 포함되며, 상기 게이트 밸브는, 상기 제2흡입구를 개폐하는 개폐부와, 상기 개폐부의 양측에 형성되며, 상기 고정봉이 관통되는 관통공이 형성되는 관통부와, 상기 관통부의 외주면에 형성되며, 상기 게이트 밸브의 제작시 상기 관통부의 외주면에 발생되는 버어(Burr)가 수용되는 버어 수용부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이상 상술한 바와 같은 본 발명에 의하면,흡기 매니폴드의 2개의 흡입포트 중 어느 하나의 흡입포트를 개폐하는 게이트 밸브와 흡기 매니폴드가 맞닿는 부분에 버어 수용부가 구비되어 개폐부의 제작시 버어가 발생될 염려가 없는 장점이 있다.
