Summary:The present invention relates to a primer for identifying jellyfish. The present invention further relates to a method for identifying jellyfish using the same. More specifically, the primer of the present invention enables the simultaneous identification of 9 species of jellyfish living in domestic coast when the jelly fish is in the stage of polyp and strobila. Therefore, the primer of the present invention can be useful for regulating the population number of jelly fish and studying bio-diversity. 본 발명은 해파리의 동정을 위한 프라이머 및 이를 이용한 해파리 동정방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명의 프라이머는 우리나라 연안에 서식하는 9종의 해파리를 폴립(polyp) 및 스트로빌라(strobila) 단계에서 동시에 판별할 수 있으므로 해파리의 개체 수 조절, 생물 다양성 조사 등에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
