Summary:The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device includes a light emitting layer formed between two electrodes located on a substrate. The light emitting layer includes a host of a fluorescence material and a dopant of a phosphorescence material. The organic light emitting display device represents a spectrum where a host photoluminescence (PL) area generated by the host of the fluorescence material overlaps an MLCT3 of a dopant UV absorbing area generated by the dopant of the phosphorescence material. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting display device optimizes an area of a PL spectrum of the host when using the host of the fluorescence material and the dopant of the phosphorescence material to improve a viewing angle characteristic and efficiency. 본 발명은 기판 상에 위치하는 두 개의 전극 사이에 형성된 발광층을 포함하고, 상기 발광층은 형광 재료의 호스트와 인광 재료의 도판트를 포함하며, 상기 형광 재료의 호스트에 의한 호스트 PL 영역은 상기 인광 재료의 도판트에 의한 도판트 UV 흡수 영역의 MLCT3과 중첩하는 스펙트럼을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치를 제공한다.
