Summary:In forming an alignment mark for checking an alignment between a surface-mount-type electronic device and a circuit board, on the circuit board, the present invention provides an alignment mark structure of the circuit board. A dummy mark is further formed along the edge of the alignment mark which has a designated shape on the circuit board. Only the dummy mark is lost by etching, in an etching process for the circuit board to form the alignment mark. The recognition rate of the alignment mark is improved by maintaining the designated shape of the alignment mark. So, productivity can be improved by reducing a failure due to the surface mount process of the electronic device. 본 발명 표면실장형 전자소자 및 회로기판 간의 정렬 여부를 확인하는 정렬마크를 회로기판에 형성함에 있어, 회로기판 상에 지정 형상을 이루는 정렬마크의 주변을 따라 더미마크를 더 형성하여, 정렬마크를 형성하기 위해 회로기판에 실시되는 에칭 공정에서 더미마크 만이 에칭에 의해 유실되어, 상기 정렬마크가 지정 형상을 유지하도록 해 정렬마크의 인식률이 향상되어, 전자소자의 표면실장 공장에 따른 불량이 줄어, 생산성이 증대되는 회로기판의 정렬마크 구조를 제공한다.
