Summary: | The present invention relates to a coolant bypass structure including: a main loop (100) forming a coolant circulation flow path; a bypass loop (110) connected to the main loop (100) and forming a flow path of selective bypass; and an outlet temperature sensor (103s) provided between the main loop (100) and the bypass loop (110) and opening or closing the bypass loop (110) in accordance with a set value. A fuel cell vehicle start time starting from a freezing state is shortened by COD heater utilization, and thus marketability can be improved and output efficiency can be enhanced at the same time.
본 발명은 냉각수 바이패스 구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히 냉각수가 순환하는 유로를 형성하는 메인루프(100)와; 상기 메인루프(100)와 연결되며, 선택적으로 우회하는 유로를 형성하는 바이패스루프(110)와; 상기 메인루프(100)와 바이패스루프(110) 사이에 구비되어 설정값에 따라 상기 바이패스루프(110)를 개폐시키는 출구온도센서(103s)로 구성되어, COD 히터를 활용하여 빙결 상태에서 연료전지 차량의 시동 시간을 단축하여 상품성을 향상시키는 동시에 출력 효율을 증대시키는데 효과가 있도록 하는 것이다. |
