Summary:The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device capable of reducing an image quality decrease at high temperatures, especially, reducing an image quality decrease at high temperatures and low gray scale. The organic light emitting device which comprises: positive and negative electrodes; and a light emitting layer provided between the positive and negative electrodes. The light emitting layer includes a host material having a property of electron mobility 10^4 times greater and 10^5 times smaller than hole mobility. 본 발명은, 양극과 음극; 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 구비된 발광층을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 발광층은 전자 이동도가 정공 이동도의 10배보다 크고 10배보다 작은 특성을 가진 호스트 물질을 포함하여 이루어진 유기 발광 소자에 관한 것이다.
