Summary: | In the present invention, a doping amount of a charge doped in a n-type charge generation layer (N-CGL) of a first charge generation layer and a second charge generation layer which generate and supply a hole and a charge to each stack is adjusted, so that a supply amount of holes and electrons is adjusted for combining all of the holes and electrons in an organic light emitting layer of first to third stacks to generate an exciton. An amount of a dopant doped in the N-CGL of the first charge generation layer is larger than an amount of a dopant doped in the N-CGL of the second charge generation layer, so that multiple electrons are supplied to the organic light emitting layer of the first stack or the third stack, thereby improving efficiency and lifespan of the organic light emitting layer.
본 발명에서는 정공 및 전하를 생성하여 각 스택에 공급하는 제1전하생성층 및 제2전하생성층의 N-CGL에 도핑되는 전하의 도핑량을 조절하여 제1-3스택의 유기발광층내에서 정공 및 전자가 모두 결합하여 여기자를 생성하도록 정공 및 전자의 공급량을 조절하며, 이때 제1전하생성층의 N-CGL에 도핑되는 도펀트의 양을 제2전하생성층의 N-CGL에 도핑되는 도펀트의 양보다 크게 하여, 제1스택 또는 제3스택의 유기발광층에 많은 전자를 공급함으로써 유기발광층의 효율 및 수명을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다. |
