The organic light emitting device according to the present invention has first and second charge generation layers arranged between an anode and a cathode, has a first stack arranged between the anode and the first charge generation layer and having a blue organic light emitting layer, has a second stack arranged between the first charge generation layer and the second charge generation layer and having a yellow-green organic light emitting layer, has a third stack arranged between the second charge generation layer and the cathode and having the blue organic light emitting layer, and has a charge adjustment layer, doped with a blue dopant, formed in at least one hole transporting layer from a hole transporting layer of the first stack and a hole transporting layer of the third stack. 본 발명의 유기전계발광소자는 양극과 음극 사이에 제1,2전하생성층이 배치되고 양극과 제1전하생성층 사이에 청색 유기발광층을 구비한 제1스택이 배치되며, 제1전하생성층과 제2전하생성층 사이에 황색-녹색 유기발광층을 구비한 제2스택이 배치되고 제2전하생성층과 음극 사이에 청색 유기발광층을 구비한 제3스택이 배치되며, 제1스택의 정공수송층과 제3스택의 정공수송층중 적어도 하나의 정공수송층에는 청색도펀트가 도핑된 전하조철층이 형성된다.
