Summary:A fuel consumption estimation method can be executed in a computer. The fuel consumption estimation method of the present invention includes: a step of collecting ship sailing test data including at least one among ship draft, engine load, fuel consumption, and ship speed through a virtual sailing test of the ship; a step of detecting correlation between at least two elements of the ship draft, the engine load, the fuel consumption, and the ship speed included in the collected ship sailing test data; and a step of calculating fuel consumption by engine load according to sailing information including a point of departure and destination of the ship from ship sailing measurement data in a ship sailing database on the basis of the detected correlation between at least two elements. The fuel consumption estimation method of the present invention can determine an optimum sailing state to perform economical sailing by estimating fuel consumption. 연료 소모량 예측 방법은 컴퓨터 실행 가능하고, 상기 연료 소모량 예측 방법은 상기 선박에 대한 가상 운항 테스트를 통해 선박 흘수, 엔진 부하, 연료 소모량 및 선박 속도 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 선박 운항 테스트 데이터를 수집하는 단계 및 상기 수집된 선박 운항 테스트 데이터에 포함되는 선박 흘수, 엔진 부하, 연료 소묘량 및 선박 속도 중 적어도 두 개의 요소들 간의 연관성을 검출하는 단계; 및 상기 검출된 적어도 두 개의 요소들 간의 연관성을 기초로 선박 운항 데이터베이스에 있는 선박 운항 실측 데이터로부터 상기 선박의 운항 정보(출발지와 목적지를 포함)에 따른 엔진 부하별 연료 소모량을 산출하는 단계를 포함한다.
