Summary:The present invention provides a number ticket providing device, a number ticket providing method and a computer-readable recording medium for providing a number ticket, wherein a number ticket is issued only if a request for the issuance of a number ticket satisfies issuance conditions. An embodiment of the present invention provides a number ticket providing device comprising: a number ticket request receiving part for receiving, from a user terminal, a number ticket issuance request for a number ticket for using a service and including the location information of the user terminal and information on the service; an issuance condition determining part for determining whether or not the number ticket issuance request satisfies issuance conditions, by comparing the location information of the user terminal with the location of a place where the service is provided; and a number ticket issuing part for generating a number ticket including a first waiting number and providing the same to the user terminal if a distance difference between the location information and the place where the service is provided is determined to be shorter than or equal to a preset critical distance. 본 발명의 일 실시예는 사용자 단말로부터 서비스를 이용하기 위한 번호표를 요청하고, 상기 사용자 단말의 위치 정보 및 상기 서비스에 대한 정보를 포함하는, 번호표 발행 요청을 수신하는 번호표 요청 수신부; 상기 사용자 단말의 위치 정보 및 상기 서비스를 제공하는 장소의 위치를 비교함으로써, 상기 번호표 발행 요청이 발행 조건을 만족하는지 여부를 판단하는, 발행 조건 판단부; 상기 판단 결과, 상기 위치 정보와 상기 서비스를 제공하는 장소 사이의 거리 차가 미리 설정된 임계 거리 이하인 경우, 상기 사용자 단말로 제1 대기 번호를 포함하는 번호표를 생성하여 제공하는 번호표 발행부;를 포함하는, 번호표 제공 장치가 제공된다.
