The present invention provides a multi-speed transmission for a vehicle, realizing at least 10 drive gears and 1 reverse gear with the relatively small number of components and a simple configuration in order to maximize improvement of fuel efficiency of a vehicle by optimized driving point operation of an engine and improve quietness of the vehicle with further quiet operation of the engine. The multi-speed transmission for a vehicle comprises: an input shaft (IN) and an output shaft (OUT); a first planetary gear device (PG1), a second planetary gear device (PG2), a third planetary gear device (PG3), and a fourth planetary gear device (PG4); and at least six shifting elements. 본 발명은 비교적 적은 부품수와 간단한 구성으로 적어도 전진 10단 후진 1단 이상을 구현할 수 있도록 함으로써, 엔진의 최적 운전점 운행으로 차량의 연비 향상을 극대화할 수 있도록 하며, 엔진의 보다 정숙한 운전으로 차량의 정숙성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 차량용 다단 변속기를 제공한다.
