Summary: | The present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a heat exchange element, a heat exchange element, and a heat exchanger, capable of preventing a material in an area of a flow channel from leaking out. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a heat exchange element (34) for a heat exchanger, particularly, a recuperator or the like, and a heat exchange element configured with a material mainly made of carbon. The heat exchange element is realized by a manner of forming a first contact surface (36) in a first flow channel (35) of a heat exchanger and a second contact surface (38) in a second flow channel (37) of the heat exchanger, and the heat exchange element is deposited by pyrolytic carbon (42).
본 발명은 열 교환기, 특히 레큐퍼레이터 등을 위한 열 교환 소자(34)를 제조하기 위한 방법, 및 주로 탄소로 이루어지는 재료로 구성되는 열 교환 소자에 관한 것으로, 열 교환 소자는 이 열 교환 소자가 열 교환기의 제1 유동 채널(35)에서의 제1 접촉 표면(36) 및 열 교환기의 제2 유동 채널(37)에서의 제2 접촉 표면(38)을 형성하는 이러한 방식으로 실현되고, 여기서 열 교환 소자가 열분해 탄소(42)로 침착된다. |
