The present invention provides an organic light emitting diode display device. The organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate; a thin film transistor in the upper part of the substrate; a first electrode connected to a drain electrode of the thin film transistor; a bank layer which covers the edge of the first electrode, and has a transmission hole corresponding to the first electrode; a light emitting layer located in the upper part of the first electrode in the transmission hole; a second electrode in the upper part of the light emitting layer; an auxiliary electrode which is located in the upper part of the bank layer, and touches the second electrode; and a capping layer which is located in the upper part of the second electrode except the auxiliary electrode.
