According to an embodiment, provided is an image scanning display device including a contact sensor placed for each unit pixel. The contact sensor includes: a pixel electrode forming a contact capacity by making contact with a contact unit; a sensing transistor of which drain electrode is connected with a node, in which the contact capacity is formed, and of which gate and source electrodes are connected with a first scan line to which a selecting signal is applied; an amplification transistor of which gate electrode is connected with the drain electrode of the sensing transistor, and of which source electrode is connected with a power input terminal; and a detection transistor of which drain electrode is connected with the drain electrode of the amplification transistor, of which gate electrode is connected with a second scan line, to which a selecting signal is applied, and of which source electrode is connected with a lead-out line detecting a current corresponding to the contact capacity. 일 실시예에 따르면, 단위 화소 마다 배치되는 접촉 센서를 포함하는 이미지 스캔 가능한 표시 장치로서, 상기 접촉 센서는, 접촉 수단과의 접촉에 의해 접촉 용량을 형성하는 화소 전극; 드레인 전극이 상기 접촉 용량이 형성되는 노드와 연결되며, 게이트 전극 및 소스 전극이 각각 선택 신호가 인가되는 제1 스캔 라인과 연결되는 센싱 트랜지스터; 게이트 전극이 상기 센싱 트랜지스터의 드레인 전극과 연결되며, 소스 전극이 전원 입력단과 연결되는 증폭 트랜지스터, 및 드레인 전극이 상기 증폭 트랜지스터의 드레인 전극과 연결되며, 게이트 전극이 선택신호가 인가되는 제2 스캔 라인과 연결되고, 소스 전극이 상기 접촉 용량에 상응하는 전류를 검출하는 리드아웃 라인과 연결되는 검출 트랜지스터를 포함하는, 이미지 스캔 가능한 표시 장치가 제공된다.
