Summary:The present invention relates to a thermoelement for an air adjustment sheet. According to the present invention, the thermoelement is applied to an air adjustment sheet to have one side emitting heat in accordance with the direction of an electric current being applied thereto and have the other side absorbing heat to perform a thermoelectric cooling operation or a thermoelectric heating operation. The thermoelement includes: a thermoelectric module which has both surfaces coupled to upper and lower ceramic substrates; a heat absorption unit which is bonded to the surface of the upper ceramic substrate to absorb heat therefrom; and a heat emission unit which is bonded to the surface of the lower ceramic substrate to emit heat. The heat absorption unit and the upper ceramic substrate are bonded through soldering or glue. The heat emission unit and the lower ceramic substrate are also bonded through soldering or glue. The present invention bonds the heat absorption unit and the heat emission unit with the ceramic substrates arranged on the surface of the thermoelement or bond the heat absorption unit and the heat emission unit with a thin copper (Cu) film, which is bonded to the surface of the ceramic substrates by using a direct bonded copper (DBC) method, to ensure excellent efficiency regarding the bond with the thermoelement. 본 발명은 공기 조절 시트용 열전 소자에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 공기 조절 시트에 적용되어 전류의 인가 방향에 따라 어느 한쪽은 열을 방출하고, 반대쪽은 열을 흡수하여 열전 냉각 또는 열전 가열하게 하는 열전 소자에 있어서, 양쪽 표면에 상, 하부 세라믹 기판이 결합되는 열전모듈; 상기 상부 세라믹 기판의 표면에 접합되어 흡열하는 흡열부; 및 상기 하부 세라믹 기판의 표면에 접합되어 방열하는 방열부를 포함하며, 상기 흡열부와 상기 상부 세라믹 기판 및 상기 방열부와 상기 하부 세라믹 기판은 글루(Glue) 또는 솔더링에 의해 접합된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 흡열부 및 방열부를 열전 모듈의 표면에 구비된 세라믹 기판과 접합시키거나, 흡열부 및 방열부를 세라믹 기판의 표면에 DBC(Direct Bonded Copper) 공법에 의해 접합된 구리(Cu) 박판과 접합시켜 열전모듈과의 접합 효율이 우수한 효과가 있다.
