The present invention relates to a system and a method to control an alarm of a dead angle zone, and more specifically, to a system and a method to control an alarm of a dead angle zone to use driving information and to maintain or release an alarm on an object located in the dead angle zone. According to an aspect of the present invention, the system to control an alarm of a dead angle zone comprises: a driving information unit to acquire information on an object located in the dead angle zone of the driving vehicle and status information on the driving vehicle through a sensor; a warning condition determining unit to use the object information and the status information and to generate a warning message including an alarm towards an object located in the dead angle zone of the driving vehicle; a warning display unit to provide an alarm to the driver of the driving vehicle in accordance with the warning message; a warning maintenance control unit to monitor the object information and the status information and to transmit a maintenance command signal for the alarm; and a warning release control unit to monitor the object information and the status information and to transmit a release command signal for the alarm. The present invention provides a system and a method to control an alarm of a dead angle zone, which can identify an object located in a dead angle zone on the sides of a driving vehicle, notify the fact to the driver, prevent the risk of a collision, and maintain and release the alarm on the object located in the dead angle zone in accordance with the driving information. 본 발명은 사각지대 경보 제어 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 주행 정보를 이용하여 사각지대에 위치한 물체에 대한 경보를 유지 및 해제하는 사각지대 경보 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일면에 따른 사각지대 경보 제어 시스템은 센서를 통하여 주행 차량의 사각지대에 위치한 물체 정보와, 주행 차량의 상태 정보를 획득하는 주행정보부와, 물체 정보 및 상태 정보를 이용하여, 주행 차량의 사각지대에 존재하는 물체에 관한 알람을 포함하는 경고 메시지를 생성하는 경고조건 판단부와, 경고 메시지에 따라 상기 주행 차량의 운전자에게 알람을 제공하는 경고표시부와, 물체 정보 및 상태 정보를 모니터링하여, 알람에 대한 유지 명령 신호를 전송하는 경고유지제어부 및 물체 정보 및 상태 정보를 모니터링하여, 알람에 대한 해제 명령 신호를 전송하는 경고해제제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
