Summary:The present invention relates to an extremely low temperature refrigerating device and a control method for an extremely low temperature refrigerating device. The extremely low temperature refrigerating device enabling multi-operation individually adjusts refrigeration capacity of multiple refrigerators. The extremely low temperature refrigerating device (10) includes: a compressor (12); the multiple refrigerators (14); and a gas line (16) connecting the refrigerators (14) to the compressor (12) in a row to circulate operation gas between the each refrigerator (14) and the compressor (12). The gas line (16) includes a flow rate control valve (54) capable of individually controlling a pressure loss of operation gas flow in a corresponding refrigerator (14) among the refrigerators (14). The flow rate control valve (54) is installed in a row in the corresponding refrigerator (14). 멀티운전을 가능하게 하는 극저온 냉동장치에 있어서 복수의 냉동기의 냉동능력을 개별적으로 조정한다. 극저온 냉동장치(10)는, 압축기(12)와, 복수의 냉동기(14)와, 복수의 냉동기(14)의 각각과 압축기(12)와의 사이에서 작동가스를 순환시키도록 압축기(12)에 복수의 냉동기(14)를 병렬로 접속하는 가스라인(16)을 구비한다. 가스라인(16)은, 복수의 냉동기(14) 중 대응하는 냉동기(14)의 작동가스흐름의 압력손실을 개별적으로 제어 가능한 유량제어밸브(54)를 구비한다. 유량제어밸브(54)는, 대응하는 냉동기(14)에 직렬로 설치되어 있다.
