Summary: | The present invention consists of a formula that determines the wet tolerance index indicating the degree of water stress, comprising photochemical reaction parameters selected for breeding and using photochemical reactions of chlorophyll fluorescence physiological phenomenon. The formula is: wet factor index (WFI) = log[PI_ABS (sorghum under water stress) / PI_ABS (non-water stressed sorghum) (one week later)] + 2log[PI_ABS(sorghum under water stress) / PI_ABS (non-water stressed sorghum) (two weeks later)] + 3log[PI_ABS (sorghum under water stress) / PI_ABS (non-water stressed sorghum) (three weeks later)] + nlog[PI_sorghum under water stress /PI_untreated sorghum (n week later)]. The formula is derived to determine the relevant index through the regular monitoring of the sorghum during a predetermined duration after the same is under excessive water stress.
본 발명에서는 광화학 생리반응인 엽록소형광 현상을 이용하여 육종선발을 위해 광화학반응 매개변수로 구성된 습해정도를 나타내는 습해지수를 구하는 수식으로 구성된다. 습해지수(Wet Factor Index, WFI) = log[PI/PI(1주후)] + 2log[PI/PI(2주후)] + 3log[PI/ PI(3주후)] + + nlog[PI/PI(n주후)] 본 수식은 습해처리 후 일정기간 주기적인 관찰을 통해 지수를 얻을 수 있도록 고안되었다. |
