Summary: | The present invention relates to a method to destroy a cast structure using a repetitive torsion method and, more specifically, relates to a method capable of reducing process water and size of a process facility for a pressing process which is an intermediate processing process required to manufacture a finished product of a metal material by refining grains by collapsing a dense cast structure formed in a microstructure phase by a certain level through a torsion process for the metallic material manufactured by a casting method; thereby enabling the process to be economical.
본 발명은 반복적 비틀림 소성가공법을 이용한 주조조직 파괴방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 주조방법에 의해 제조된 금속소재에 있어서, 미세구조상 형성된 치밀한 주조조직을 비틀림 공정을 통해 일정 수준 와해시켜 결정립의 미세화를 구현함으로써, 금속소재 완제품을 제조함에 있어서 필요한 중간 가공공정인 압연공정의 공정수 및 공정설비의 규모를 축소할 수 있어 공정상 경제성을 이룩할 수 있다. |
