Provided is a resource allocation method for device-to-device (D2D) link of a base station comprising a step of determining D2D link resources among cellular resources of a base station to be allocated to a D2D link; and a step of transmitting uplink control information containing the D2D link resources to at least two terminals, among a plurality of cellular terminals connected with the base station, connected through the D2D link. A data communication method for D2D link comprises: a step of searching idling section of cellular resources; a step of transmitting the searched results with respect to the idling section to a base station in a coverage that a terminal is included; a step of receiving the resource information determined in accordance with the searched results; and a step of transmitting and receiving data with an adjacent terminal through D2D link based on the resource information. 기지국의 셀룰러 자원 중 D2D 링크에 할당할 D2D 링크 자원을 결정하는 단계, 그리고 D2D 링크 자원에 관한 정보가 포함된 업링크 제어 정보를 상기 기지국과 연결된 복수의 셀룰러 단말 중 상기 D2D 링크로 연결된 적어도 두 개의 단말로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 기지국의 D2D 링크에 대한 자원 할당 방법 및, 셀룰러 자원의 유휴 구간을 탐색하는 단계, 단말이 포함된 커버리지의 기지국으로 유휴 구간에 대한 탐색 결과를 전송하는 단계, 탐색 결과에 따라 결정된 자원 정보를 수신하는 단계, 그리고 자원 정보를 바탕으로 D2D 링크를 통해 이웃 단말과 데이터를 송수신하는 단계를 포함하는 단말의 데이터 송수신 방법이 제공된다.
