Summary:The present invention allows a user to receive estimated sales results calculated by reflecting a variety of market environments and effectively use the estimated sales results to select a business type or a store. Provided is a method to provide business type-customized real estate analysis service comprising: a business type information reception step that a real estate analysis server receives business type information using a user terminal; a higher independent variable extraction step that the real estate analysis server extracts independent variables affecting sales of stores related to the corresponding business type from an independent variable classification table based on the received business type information as higher independent variables; and a sales calculation step that the real estate analysis server calculates estimated sales of the store using a higher coefficient value with respect to the higher independent variables calculated for each business type, a size index value with respect to the store size and a floor index value with respect to the floor levels. 본 발명은 사용자가 입지분석서버로부터 다양한 시장 환경이 반영되어 산출된 예상 매출액 결과를 제공받음으로써, 창업하고자 하는 업종 또는 점포의 선택에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 이를 위해 특히, 입지분석서버가 사용자단말기를 통해 업종정보를 입력받는 업종정보 수신단계; 입지분석서버가 수신된 업종정보를 바탕으로 독립변수 분류표로부터 해당 업종과 관련된 점포의 매출액에 영향을 미치는 독립인자를 상위 독립변수로 추출하는 상위 독립변수 추출단계; 및 입지분석서버가 각 업종별로 산출된 상위 독립변수에 대한 상위계수값, 점포크기에 대한 크기지수값 및 점포층수에 대한 층수지수값을 이용하여 점포의 예상 매출액을 산출하는 매출액 산출단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 업종 맞춤형 입지분석 서비스 제공 방법이 개시된다.
