Summary: | The present invention relates to an ingot manufacturing apparatus, and more specifically, to an ingot manufacturing apparatus, which enables sublimation and crystal growth of a material to be smoothly performed through introduction of an internal structure into a crucible, thereby increasing speed of crystal growth of an ingot and enabling a crystal shape to be controlled. Provided is an ingot manufacturing apparatus comprising a crucible into which a raw material for crystal growth of an ingot is loaded, wherein seed crystals are located in an upper portion of the crucible, and wherein the internal structure is located inside the crucible, and a raw material loading portion is located in a space formed by an internal surface of the crucible and an external surface of the internal structure.
