Provided is a hot-compacting device for fine reduced iron. According to the present invention, in the hot-compacting device for the fine reduced iron supplying and compressing the fine reduced iron between two rotating rollers, comprises: a fine reduced iron storing hopper storing the fine reduced iron to continuously supply the fine reduced iron to the compacting rollers, having a plurality of screw feeders installed to be parallel to each other in order to continuously supply a fixed amount of the fine reduced iron to the roller; and a distributing cone installed in the fine reduced iron hopper, distributing the fine reduced iron evenly in the fine reduced iron hopper. The distributing cone has a nonaxisymmetric structure to supply the fine reduced iron more in a direction of the screw feeders.
