The method of the present invention includes a step of forming an oxide film on an aluminum alloy for casting by adding a metal anion compound to the electrolyte. 양극 산화법 적용 시 표면 결함 발생을 방지할 수 있는 주조용 알루미늄 합금 표면 처리용 전해액 및 주조용 알루미늄 합금 표면 처리방법이 소개된다. 본 발명의 주조용 알루미늄 합금 표면 처리방법은, 금속 음이온 화합물을 전해액에 첨가하여 주조용 알루미늄 합금에 산화피막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
