The present invention relates to an automatic alignment and supply apparatus for bars, to automatically align a plurality of bars in a predefined gap and to automatically supply the same to machine tools such as computerized numerical control (CNC) milling, a machining center, etc. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a supply tray to stack the bars before the processing; a collection tray to stack the bars after the processing; a supply unit installed in front of the supply tray to individually transfer the bars stacked on the supply tray; an alignment unit installed in front of the supply unit, and aligning the bars transferred from the supply unit in a predefined gap; and a loading unit installed in an upper side of the alignment unit, to input a plurality of bars aligned by the alignment unit to a machine tool arranged in front side, and to output the respective bars processed in the machine tool. The apparatus is capable of aligning a plurality of bars in a predefined gap and input the aligned bars to the machine tool, as an automatic process, with effects of increasing productivity and reducing the labor cost. 본 발명은 다수의 봉재(棒材)를 일정 간격으로 자동 정렬하고, 정렬된 각 봉재를 CNC(Computerized Numerical Control)밀링이나 머시닝센터(machining center) 등의 공작기계에 자동으로 공급하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 가공 전의 봉재가 적치되는 공급트레이; 가공 후의 봉재가 적치되는 회수트레이; 상기 공급트레이의 전방에 설치되어, 공급트레이에 적치된 봉재를 낱개로 반송하는 공급유닛; 상기 공급유닛의 전방에 설치되어, 공급유닛에 의해 반송된 봉재를 일정한 간격으로 정렬하는 얼라인유닛; 및 상기 얼라인유닛의 상측에 설치되어, 얼라인유닛에 의해 정렬된 다수의 봉재를 전방에 배치된 공작기계로 투입하고, 공작기계에서 가공된 각 봉재를 다시 인출하는 로딩유닛;을 포함하여 이루어진 봉재 자동 정렬 및 공급 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 의한 봉재 자동 정렬 및 공급 장치에 의하면, 다수의 봉재가 일정 간격으로 정렬된 후, 정렬된 각 봉재가 한꺼번에 공작기계로 투입될 수 있고, 아울러 이러한 과정이 자동으로 이루어지게 됨으로써 생산성이 향상되고, 인건비를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
