Summary:The present invention relates to a DNA marker of Pleurotus eryngii (De Candolle ex Fries) Quel. More specifically, the present invention relates to a sequence characterized amplified region (SCAR) marker for determining varieties of Pleurotus eryngii (De Candolle ex Fries) Quel having a high content of betaglucan. According to the present invention, the application of the SCAR marker which is capable of quickly distinguishing mushroom having the high content of betaglucan enables effective breeding of Pleurotus eryngii (De Candolle ex Fries) Quel. 본 발명은 큰느타리버섯의 DNA 마커에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 베타글루칸 함량이 높은 큰느타리버섯의 품종 판별을 위한 SCAR 마커에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 베타글루칸 함량이 높은 버섯을 신속히 구분할 수 있는 SCAR 마커를 활용하여 큰느타리버섯 육종에 효과적으로 이용할 수 있다.
