Summary:A transparent display device comprises: a polymer substrate in which colored particles are distributed; a pixel circuit which is disposed on the polymer substrate; a first electrode which is electrically connected to the pixel circuit; a display layer which is disposed on the first electrode; and a second electrode which covers the display layer, and faces the first electrode. Transmittance can be improved by color addition of the colored particles and the polymer substrate. 투명 표시 장치는 컬러 입자들이 내부에 분산된 폴리머 기판, 폴리머 기판 상에 배치되는 화소 회로, 화소 회로와 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 전극, 제1 전극 상에 배치되는 표시층, 및 상기 표시층을 커버하며 상기 제1 전극과 대향하는 제2 전극을 포함한다. 컬러 입자와 폴리머 기판의 색 가산에 의해 투과도가 향상될 수 있다.
