Summary:The present invention provides a touch screen panel and a touch control device. To this end, according to one aspect of the present invention, the touch screen panel comprises: first and second signal line control units controlling a plurality of first signal lines arranged in a first direction and a plurality of second signal lines arranged in a second direction and intersecting with the first signal lines, respectively; and a touch controller controlling the first signal line control unit to apply an operation signal to the first signal lines or to sense an operation signal applied from the outside by the first signal lines according to a sensing mode. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the touch screen panel capable of providing different touch schemes. 본 발명은, 터치 스크린 패널 및 터치 제어장치를 제공하며, 전술한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 일 측면에서, 본 발명은, 제1방향으로 위치하는 다수의 제1신호라인들과 제1신호라인들과 교차하며 제2방향으로 위치하는 다수의 제2신호라인들을 각각 제어하는 제1신호라인 제어부와 제2신호라인 제어부, 센싱모드에 따라 제1신호라인에 구동신호를 인가하거나 또는 외부로부터 인가된 구동신호를 제1신호라인으로부터 센싱하도록 제1신호라인 제어부를 제어하는 터치 컨트롤러를 포함하는 터치 스크린 패널을 제공한다.
