Summary:Disclosed is an optical module for light beam vibration to vibrate the light beam with a non-contact method. The optical module for light beam vibration includes an actuator which rotates a mirror unit. The actuator includes a first to a third actuator part. The first actuator is installed to the first plate part of both ends of the mirror unit, and comprises the moving part of the actuator. The second and the third actuator part are installed to a second and a third plate part which are separated from the first plate in an opposite direction to form the fixing part of the actuator on both sides of the mirror unit. The mirror unit is rotated in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction around a rotational axis of the mirror unit by an interaction between the second and the third actuator and the first actuator part. 광빔 떨림 광학 모듈이 개시된다. 개시된 광빔 떨림 광학 모듈은, 미러 유닛을 회전 구동하는 액츄에이터를 포함한다. 액츄에이터는, 제1 내지 제3액츄에이터부를 포함한다. 제1액츄에이터부는 미러 유닛의 양단의 제1플레이트부에 설치되어 액츄에이터의 가동부를 구성한다. 제2 및 제3액츄에이터부는, 미러 유닛 양쪽에서 액츄에이터의 고정부를 구성하도록, 제1플레이트부로부터 서로 반대방향으로 이격된 제2 및 제3플레이트부에 설치된다. 제2 및 제3액츄에이터와 제1액츄에이터부와의 상호 작용에 의해 미러 유닛이 회전축을 중심으로 시계, 반시계 방향으로 반복 회전 구동된다.
