Summary:The present invention relates to a method for producing a silk fibroin film using a rotary drying method. More specifically, provided is a method for producing a silk fibroin film using a rotary drying method, which comprises the following steps: a first step for producing a solution containing the silk fibroin; and a second step for producing the silk fibroin film which has a plate-like shape after putting the solution into a cylinder and then rotary drying the same thereafter. According to the present invention, production of film on which the surfaces of both sides are slick and have uniform conformation is possible. The method of the present invention also enables more faster production of the film than an existing casting drying method as well as the production of the film with various thickness. 본 발명은 회전 건조 방법을 이용한 실크 피브로인 필름의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 회전 건조 방법을 이용한 실크 피브로인 필름의 제조방법은, 실크 피브로인을 포함하는 용액을 제조하는 제1단계; 및, 상기 용액은 원통에 담은 후, 이를 회전 건조시켜 판상의 형태를 갖는 실크 피브로인 필름을 제조하는 제2단계를 포함하는 것이 특징이다. 본 발명에 의해, 양 쪽 표면이 모두 매끄럽고 균일한 형태의 필름을 제작 할 수 있으며, 기존 캐스팅 건조 방법보다 빠른 시간에 필름을 제작함과 동시에 다양한 두께의 필름을 제작할 수 있는 회전 건조 방법을 이용한 실크 피브로인 필름의 제조방법이 제공된다.
