Summary: | An embodiment of the present invention provides a multilayer ceramic electronic component with improved reliability. The multilayer ceramic electronic component includes a ceramic body where an internal electrode and a dielectric layer including a Ca-added barium titanate compound are alternately stacked; and an external electrode which is formed on the outer surface of the ceramic body and is electrically connected to the internal electrode. The dielectric layer includes an interface part adjacent to the internal electrode and a center part arranged between the interface parts. The interface part has a higher concentration of Ca compared to an internal layer.
본 발명의 일 실시형태는 내부전극 및 칼슘(Ca)이 첨가된 티탄산 바륨계 화합물을 포함하는 유전체층이 교대로 적층된 세라믹 본체; 및 상기 세라믹 본체의 외부면에 형성되며, 상기 내부전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 외부전극;을 포함하고, 상기 유전체층은 상기 내부전극과 인접한 계면부와 상기 계면부 사이에 배치되는 중앙부를 포함하며, 상기 계면부는 상기 내층부보다 칼슘(Ca)의 농도가 높은 적층 세라믹 전자부품을 제공한다. |
