An electronic device for charging and a method to control a power source of an electronic device for charging is able to reduce a charging time of an electronic device for charging, or a charging time of an electronic device by the electronic device for charging. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the electronic device for charging comprises: a communications module set to receive at least one type of power sources; a block module set to charge or discharge a battery module with a selected power source of the at least one type of power sources; and a control module set to change a charging condition or a discharging condition of the block module to charge or discharge the battery module in response to the selected power source of the at least one type of power sources.
