Summary:The present invention relates to a Strongylocentrotus nudus gene responsive to triclosan exposure which is a kind of pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) substances among recently emerging environmental contaminants, and to a diagnosis method on environmental contamination using the same. More particularly, in the present invention, discovery of a biomarker corresponding to marine environmental contamination is attempted while targeting Strongylocentrotus nudus. In the present invention, a biomarker which can identify if an ecosystem is exposed to triclosan and expression change in the genetic biomarkers of the same are confirmed using microarray for securing and detecting candidate genes specific to triclosan exposure. Thus, the biomarker and the genetic biomarkers can be used to a diagnosis method of environmental contamination. 본 발명은 최근 부각되는 환경오염물질 중 PPCPs(Pharmaceuticals and Personal Care Products)물질의 일종인 트리클로산(Triclosan)의 노출에 대응하는 둥근성게의 유전자 및 이를 이용한 환경오염 진단방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 둥근성게를 대상으로 해양환경오염에 대응하는 생체지표의 발굴을 시도하였으며, 트리클로산 노출에 대한 특이 유전자 후보의 확보 및 검출을 위해 마이크로어레이(microarray)를 활용하여 트리클로산 노출 여부를 확인할 수 있는 생체지표 및 이들 유전자 생체지표들의 발현량 변화를 규명하였으므로, 이를 환경오염 진단 방법에 이용할 수 있다.
