Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a body of a Korean drum using resin as a raw material. The method comprises a pattern manufacturing step of manufacturing a pattern corresponding to the Korean drum body; a Korean drum mold frame manufacturing step of manufacturing a Korean drum mold frame molding at least one part of the Korean drum body by using the pattern; and a Korean drum molding step of molding at least one part of the Korean drum body by injecting resin into a space formed by using the Korean drum mold frame. The pattern manufacturing step includes the following steps: making a pattern body corresponding to the shape of the Korean drum body by processing wood; attaching hemp cloth to the outer surface of the Korean drum body for forming a pattern of the Korean drum body texture; and forming an embossed drawing pattern on the outer surface of the pattern body, where the hemp cloth is attached, by using silicone. 수지를 원료로 이용하여 고 몸통을 제조하는 방법이 개시된다. 이 방법은, 고 몸통에 상응하는 본(本)을 제작하는 본 제작 단계와; 상기 본을 이용하여 고 몸통의 적어도 일부를 성형하는 고 성형틀을 제작하는 고 성형틀 제작 단계와; 상기 고 성형틀을 이용하여 형성된 공간 내로 수지를 주입하여 상기 고 몸통의 적어도 일부를 성형하는 고 몸통 성형 단계를 포함하며, 상기 본 제작 단계는, 목재를 가공해 고의 몸통 형상에 상응하는 본 몸체를 만들고, 상기 본 몸체의 외부면에 고 몸통의 질감 무늬 형성을 위한 삼베를 부착하고, 실리콘(silicone)을 이용해 상기 삼베가 부착된 본 몸체의 외부면에 양각 그림 무늬를 형성한다.
