The present invention relates to a central control station device, a remote base station device, and a communication method for the same, which can be used for a radio over fiber (RoF) technology. Various embodiments of the present invention can provide a central control station device and a communication method, allowing an analog signal to be converted to a signal that has a carrier wave of an intermediate frequency, and the signal to be converted to a digital signal for transmission to a remote control station device.
