Summary: | According to an embodiment of the present invention, a liquid crystal display device comprises: a substrate on which a thin film transistor is located; a pixel electrode located on and connected to the thin film transistor; a liquid crystal layer located in a microcavity wherein the microcavity is located on the pixel electrode and has an injection hole; a roof layer located on the microcavity; an injection hole formation region located between adjacent microcavities; and a liquid crystal transmission layer located in the injection hole formation region. Therefore, the liquid crystal display device can minimize contamination of liquid crystals injected into a microcavity.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 액정 표시 장치는, 박막 트랜지스터가 위치하는 기판; 상기 박막 트랜지스터 위에 위치하며 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 연결되어 있는 화소 전극; 상기 화소 전극 위에 위치하고 주입구를 가진 미세 공간 내에 위치하는 액정층; 상기 미세 공간 위에 위치하는 지붕층; 인접하는 미세 공간 사이에 위치하는 주입구 형성 영역; 및 상기 주입구 형성 영역에 위치하는 액정 투과층;을 포함한다. |
