Summary:The present invention relates to a method and a system for issuing a certificate signing request (CSR) certificate in a V2X communication environment, capable of effectively and safely identifying a vehicle which requests issuance of a certificate, and issuing a reliable CSR certificate used for requesting issuance of an anonymous certificate, thereby providing a safe V2X communication environment. 본 발명은 인증서 발급을 요청하는 차량을 효과적이고 안전하게 식별하여 익명 인증서(Anonymous Certificate) 발급 요청을 위하여 사용되는 신뢰성있는 CSR(Certificate Signing Request) 인증서를 발급함으로써 안전한 V2X 통신 환경을 제공할 수 있는, V2X 통신 환경에서의 CSR 인증서 발급 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
