The present invention relates to a system for providing a shopping service which is designed to provide a user with the information of purchase planning products of a user stored in a purchase-planning information storage unit, and comprises a bar code determining unit and a control unit. The bar code determining unit determines whether a bar code image is included in a new image whenever a new image filmed by a user is stored in the communications terminal of a user. The control unit is configured such that when the bar code determining unit determines that a bar code image is included in a new image, the control unit decodes the bar code information of the bar code image and stores the products information corresponding to the bar code information in the purchase-planning information storage unit.
