A handling method for a drill pipe is disclosed. The handling method for a drill pipe comprises: a step of locating a drill stand to be inclined by an inclined part in the top end of a moon pool; a step of gripping the drill stand located in the inclined part using a guide part to vertically position the drill stand and allowing the vertically positioned drill stand to descend to a drill string located in the bottom of the moon pool; and a step of connecting the drill stand descending to the drill string to the drill string using a roughneck.
