Summary:The present invention relates to a display device comprising a touch panel. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a display device comprising a touch panel, capable of changing touch recognition conditions to improve a recognition rate of a touch applied by a pen after switching an operation mode of the touch panel to a pen mode, especially when the display device determines that a touch is applied by a pen. The display device comprising the touch panel comprises: a touch panel forming touch electrodes; a touch sensing unit converting detected signals into raw data; and a touch determination unit determining a touch coordinate. 본 발명은 터치패널이 구비된 표시장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 펜에 의한 터치가 있는 것으로 판단되면, 터치패널의 구동모드를 펜모드로 변환시킨 후, 펜에 의한 터치의 인식률이 증가될 수 있도록, 터치 인식 조건들을 변경시킬 수 있는, 터치패널이 구비된 표시장치를 제공하는 것을 기술적 과제로 한다.
