Summary:Disclosed is a heat radiating device using an anisotropic thermal conductive material which effectively disperses a heat source by combining heat transfer directions of an anisotropic material to be misaligned. The device of the present invention comprises: a first thermal conductive unit composed of an anisotropic thermal conductive material, and formed to conduct heat emitted from an electric element in a first direction; and a second thermal conductive unit composed of the anisotropic thermal conductive material, bonded with the first thermal conductive unit, and formed to conduct heat conducted by the first thermal conductive unit in a second direction proportional to the first direction. 이방성 열전도 물질을 이용한 방열장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 장치는, 이방성 열전도 물질로 구성되며, 전기소자로부터 발산되는 열을 제1방향으로 전도하도록 형성된 제1열전도부와, 상기 이방성 열전도 물질로 구성되어 상기 제1열전달부와 접합하고, 상기 제1열전달부로부터 전도되는 열을 상기 제1방향에 수직인 제2방향으로 전도하도록 형성된 제2열전도부를 포함한다.
