According to the present invention, the mobile terminal comprises: a display unit for displaying button content, and receiving an input on button setting; and a control unit for outputting a user interface (UI) related to the button setting of the display unit, and setting a button based on an input on the UI. 본 발명에 따른 이동 단말기는 버튼 내용을 표시하고, 버튼 설정에 관한입력을 수신하는 디스플레이부 및 디스플레이부에 버튼 설정과 관련된 UI를 출력하고, UI에 대한 입력에 기초하여 버튼을 셋팅하는 제어부를 포함한다.
