Summary: | According to the present invention, an X-ray apparatus comprises: a gate driving part for applying turn-on signals to multiple gate lines; and a read-out circuit for reading out signals from the multiple gate lines. The gate driving part changes the turn-on time of the turn-on signal, when an X-ray signal is detected from any one of the gate lines. In order to overcome the level difference of X-ray images, low-speed scanning for detecting X-ray from a certain area is performed in the process of detecting the X-ray, while high-speed scanning is performed for remaining area except for the certain area.
