Summary:According to the present invention, an X-ray apparatus comprises: a gate driving part for applying turn-on signals to multiple gate lines; and a read-out circuit for reading out signals from the multiple gate lines. The gate driving part changes the turn-on time of the turn-on signal, when an X-ray signal is detected from any one of the gate lines. In order to overcome the level difference of X-ray images, low-speed scanning for detecting X-ray from a certain area is performed in the process of detecting the X-ray, while high-speed scanning is performed for remaining area except for the certain area. 엑스선 장치는 복수의 게이트 라인에 턴온 신호를 인가하는 게이트 구동부, 및 복수의 게이트 라인에서 신호를 리드아웃하는 리드아웃 회로를 포함하되, 게이트 구동부는 어느 한 게이트 라인에서 엑스선 신호가 감지된 경우, 턴온 신호의 턴온 시간을 변경한다.
